Brandon Stroh, MD
CEO & Founder

Dr. Brandon Stroh is an esteemed board-certified radiologist and the Founder and CEO of Inspire Radiology, where he is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the practice.

While earning his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School – Twin Cities, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society for exceptional performance in his coursework and examinations, ranking in the top 10% of his graduating class. Dr. Stroh also received the Outstanding Medical Student Achievement Award for his academic achievements, remarkable dedication, and notable contributions to the medical field. He then completed his surgery residency, a fellowship in nuclear medicine radiology, and radiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He held the prestigious position of Chief Resident during his radiology residency.

An accomplished entrepreneur and radiologist, Dr. Stroh founded both Southern Oregon Associated Radiologists and Houston Progressive Radiology Associates. His unique combination of leadership, management, and clinicals skills helped ensure the practices operated efficiently, delivered high-quality patient care, while achieving their business objectives.

With a passion for education, Dr. Stroh served as an assistant professor at The University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) Medicine and as the chief of emergency radiology at Saint Luke’s Plaza Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. An exceptional teacher and mentor, Dr. Stroh received the UMKC Teacher of the Year for Radiology award two years in a row.

Dr. Stroh’s contributions to medical literature include publications in renowned journals, such as the Archives of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, Journal of Surgical Case Reports, and Human Pathology Reports. He has also presented his research findings at various national conferences and symposiums.

Outside of his clinical and research endeavors, Dr. Stroh enjoys exercising, exploring anti-aging medicine, and participating in outdoor activities.

Gautham Kandukuri, MD
VP of Business Development, Interventional Radiology Director

Dr. Gautham Kandukuri is a board-certified radiologist and fellowship trained in interventional radiology. He serves as vice president of business development and director of interventional radiology at Inspire Radiology.

After earning his Medical Degree and Master of Science Degree from Saba University School of Medicine, Dr. Kandukuri continued his training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, where he completed his diagnostic radiology residency and participated in the Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology (ESIR) program. He further enhanced his expertise by completing an interventional radiology fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.

Dr. Kandukuri’s passion for the field is evident in his commitment to providing exceptional patient care and advancing medical knowledge through research and presentations. His dedication to excellence makes him a highly respected radiologist among his colleagues and patients alike.

In his spare time, Dr. Kandukuri enjoys hiking, spending time with family, traveling and exploring new cuisines.

Dr. Kandukuri is fluent in Telugu and Hindi.

Matt Sigley, DO, DABR
VP of Clinical Operations

Dr. Matt Sigley is an accomplished board-certified neuroradiologist whose impressive career is marked by leadership, expertise, and commitment to advancing healthcare. As the Vice President of Clinical Operations, Dr. Sigley plays a key leadership role in overseeing and managing various aspects related to the clinical operations of the practice, including workflow optimization and staff management.

He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University and then completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Southern Illinois University. Subsequently, he pursued a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at University of Missouri-Kansas City where he also completed a fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology.

Prior to his role at Inspire Radiology, Dr. Sigley was on a partnership track at Northland Radiology Inc. of North Kansas City. He also served as a founding partner and Vice President of Advanced Radiology Consultants Kansas City (ARC-KC).

Throughout his career, Dr. Sigley served in leadership positions such as Chair of Workflow Management and Neurology Imaging. His commitment extends beyond the workplace, as evidenced by his volunteer history, where he played a crucial role in assessing practice workflow and contributing to business development.

Dr. Sigley’s impact in the field of radiology resonates in his academic contributions, published research, and national presentations.

David McNaul, MD
Chief Medical Officer & Director of Breast Imaging

Dr. David McNaul, a board certified radiologist with extensive breast imaging expertise, serves as the Director of Breast Imaging at Inspire Radiology.

After earning his Medical degree from the University of Irvine, School of Medicine, Dr. McNaul completed a residency in Radiology and a fellowship in Breast Radiology at the University of Missouri, Columbia Hospital and Clinics.

Dr. McNaul has considerable experience as a private practice radiologist, and he also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology, specializing in Dedicated Breast Radiology at the University of Missouri, Columbia, Ellis Fischel Cancer Center.

Throughout his career, Dr. McNaul has contributed significantly to research, publishing works such as an evaluation of post-lumpectomy recurrence rates and a study on primary angiosarcoma of the breast.

His commitment to service extends beyond the medical field, demonstrated by his leadership training experience, as well as a distinguished military career in the U.S. Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserves, where he earned numerous awards and decorations.

Olufolajimi O. Obembe, MD
Director of Body Imaging

Olufolajimi (Jimi) O. Obembe, M.D., is a highly accomplished, fellowship-trained diagnostic radiologist and currently services as Inspire Radiology’s Imaging Section Director of Body Imaging and Mammography. Throughout his career, Dr. Obembe has displayed an unwavering passion for leveraging medical imaging technology to improve patient care and promote early detection of diseases.

Dr. Obembe’s journey to becoming a distinguished radiologist started with his academic pursuits. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Duke University School of Medicine and undertook an internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Subsequently, he pursued a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Virginia Health System and further honed his expertise in Breast and Body Imaging through an Advanced Radiology Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.

Prior to his current role at Inspire Radiology, he served as a diagnostic radiologist at Stat Radiology Medical Corporation and operated as a licensed independent practitioner providing teleradiology services to numerous healthcare organizations across the country. He also served as a diagnostic radiologist at United Imaging Consultants, LLC, and was the lead interpreting radiologist at Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, LLC. In this capacity, he was instrumental in providing exceptional patient care and overseeing breast imaging services at the Jane C. Stormont Breast Diagnostic Center.

Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Obembe values spending time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities, and advocating for healthcare access in underserved communities.

Joseph Oliver Letham, MD
Director of Neuroradiology

Dr. Joseph “Oliver” Letham is a board-certified radiologist currently pursuing a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Kansas.

After earning his Medical Degree from The Ohio State University, College of Medicine, he completed his radiology residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. During his residency, he was Journal Club Coordinator and a member of the Residency Call Reorganization Committee.

Dr. Letham is adept in a wide range of diagnostic and procedural/intervention skills, including radiograph exams, CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, practicing Wing Chun Martial Arts, playing the violin in classical music performances, and exploring the great outdoors through hiking and camping.

Ben Yunk, MD
Director of Musculoskeletal Imaging

Dr. Ben Yunk is a highly skilled, board-certified diagnostic radiologist, specializing in musculoskeletal radiology. Dr. Yunk’s educational and medical pursuits have been marked by a commitment to excellence and a dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others. 

After completing a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He then he completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency program at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Dr. Yunk is currently pursuing a Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship at the University of Florida.  

Dr. Yunk has demonstrated a deep commitment to serving the community, including devoting his time and expertise as a volunteer at the Jaydoc Free Clinic, providing quality healthcare to those in need in the Greater Kansas City area.  

In his free time, Dr. Yunk enjoys a diverse range of hobbies that include music, ultimate frisbee, golf, and video games.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Inspire Radiology, Kathryn Thurman is dedicated to facilitating an environment where the team is equipped with the essential tools, unwavering support, and robust infrastructure needed to consistently deliver the highest standard of patient care. With an MBA from Western Governors University and a BS in Radiologic Science Oregon Institute of Technology, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Kathryn’s experience includes serving as Imaging Director at Lower Umpqua Hospital and as a CT Technologist and Assistant PACS Coordinator at The Corvallis Clinic. Her commitment to patient-centric care is evident through her American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credentials in Mammography, Computed Tomography (CT), and Radiography. Hailing from the Oregon coast, Kathryn is dedicated to expanding access to quality radiology services in rural communities.

Vanessa Podlaskowski, MBA, MFA
Finance Director

Vanessa Podlaskowski, Inspire Radiology’s finance director, boasts more than 16 years of experience in finance management. Vanessa’s leadership spans multi-million-dollar entities with extensive workforces, including startups and international locations. She offers many skills including, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing schedules, acquisitions, private equity backing, cash management, and coordinating with external auditors and tax professionals. Vanessa holds an MBA in Accounting from Baker College and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College. Her dedication and expertise make her an invaluable asset in finance leadership. 

Jordan Peel
Marketing & Business Development Director

Jordan Peel is a skilled healthcare marketing and communications executive with nearly 20 years of expertise. As Inspire Radiology’s Marketing and Business Development Director, she is responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns and fostering key partnerships to drive business growth and market expansion. Prior to her role at Inspire, Jordan served as the Director of Communications at CCRM Fertility where she developed and implemented comprehensive communication strategies, both internally and externally. She has a proven track record of driving awareness and increasing market share, and she excels in growth marketing, lead generation, and brand development. With a Master’s Degree in Communications and a Bachelor’s in English, Jordan combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to deliver successful multi-channel marketing programs.

Sydney Storey
HR Director

An experience HR professional, Sydney Storey serves as Inspire Radiology’s HR Director. She is an experienced HR professional who is coordinating Inspire’s 401 (k) plan, Insurance, Benefits, and Employment Life Cycle. In addition, Sydney supports the Admin Team and Practice Manage in developing policies and processes that align strategically with the company’s growth. Sydney excels in HR program administration, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. She collaborates with leaders to drive organizational development, implement corporate policies, and resolve HR issues systematically. Her expertise extends to strategic planning, driving company-wide initiatives, and effecting cultural change. Previously an HR Generalist, she contributed to large-scale projects and maintained high HR standards. With experience at Menorah Medical Center and Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Sydney adeptly managed staff, led compliance efforts, and facilitated change management. Sydney earned a B.S. in HR Management from Western Governor’s University.

Leticia Beachy, CPCS
Credentialing & Licensing Director

Leticia (Letty) Beachy is a certified medical services professional with an extensive 11-year career in credentialing, re-credentialing, and provider enrollment within diverse healthcare settings. With a track record of operational excellence, she collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and service standards are maintained. Her expertise includes managing initial applications, reappointments, and provider enrollment, as well as evaluating privilege requests. Letty’s proficiency in primary source verification, Joint Commission compliance, and expirable management is showcased by her contributions to healthcare organizations nationwide. Notably, Letty streamlined expirable monitoring processes, developed an innovative online reappointment module, and constructed a comprehensive provider database. Letty holds a B.A. in Business Administration and is a Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with active memberships in NAMSS and NvAMSS.

Billy Peters
Practice Manager & PACS Administrator

Billy Peters is Inspire Radiology’s Practice Manager and PACS Administrator. Prior to his role at Inspire, Billy served as a CT/X-Ray Technologist at Lower Umpqua Hospital, where he expertly conducted CT and X-Ray imaging, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Billy took on additional responsibilities as an Assistant PACS Administrator, showcasing his proficiency in Meditech EMR. He meticulously managed record requests, protocoling, and coding exams, contributing to the department’s operational efficiency. Billy holds an Associate of Occupational Studies in Medical Radiology from Carrington College, Spokane, Washington. He is certified in Radiography (ARRT), Computed Tomography (ARRT), and Basic Life Support (AHA).

Bob Fernekees
Operations & Analytics Manager

As Inspire Radiology’s Operations and Analytics Manager, Bob Fernekees is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Bob’s expertise includes strategic finance management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Before his role at Inspire, he was a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst managing complex billing operations, driving order-to-cash processes, and spearheading accounts receivable strategies.Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Ramapo College.

Ryan Thurman
IT Support Specialist

Ryan Thurman is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Inspire Radiology. In this role, Ryan helps to ensure seamless operation of the technical infrastructure. His responsibilities include providing top-notch support for hardware, software, and network-related issues within a healthcare setting that heavily relies on PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems). Sydia Cooper
Revenue Cycle Specialist

With more than fourteen years of experience in revenue cycle management, Sydia Cooper serves as Inspire Radiology’s revenue cycle specialist. She’s an accomplished leader and has developed comprehensive project plans, improved reporting structures, and managed teams to drive scalable growth and operational efficiency. Sydia is also skilled in client relations, risk assessment, performance management, and quality auditing, with a proven ability to problem-solve and implement best practices. She holds an AAS in Business Administration and Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College and is pursuing PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. 

Esther Rubin, CPCS
Credentialing Specialist

Esther Rubin is a skilled certified provider credentialing specialist who is passionate about ensuring patient safety through diligent and thorough credentialing. As a Credentialing Specialist at Inspire, she performs a broad range of duties and responsibilities, including maintaining, processing, and distributing and renewing records to current terms within the credentialing department. Esther’s extensive background includes roles as a Medical Services Professional Contractor for The Hardenbergh Group, as well as Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator for Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center.  With a robust skill set in various software and technologies, Esther is a dedicated professional committed to ensuring the highest standards in healthcare credentialing. She is also an active member of NAMSS and the NvAMSS Local Chapter. 

Celah Weaver
Credentialing Coordinator

Celah Weaver is an experienced Credentialing Coordinator at Inspire Radiology. She is responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing providers, ensuring all documentation, such as state licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice coverage, is up-to-date. Celah helps to maintain hospital-specific credentialing requirements, manage provider information in online databases, and track certifications and liability expirations to guarantee timely renewals. At a prior role as a Credentialing Specialist, she dedicated herself to enhancing relationships with facility contacts, successfully transitioning the group’s facilities to delegated credentialing agreements. This shift significantly reduced the administrative burden on the radiologists and credentialing staff. Celah holds an Associate of Science in Health Care Management from Ashworth College and is an active member of NAMSS and IAMSS.

Diana Double
Radiology Practice Coordinator

Diana Double is a passionate healthcare professional with a proven track record in optimizing workflows and strategic planning. As Radiology Practice Coordinator, she facilitates effective communication and coordination, improves workflow, and ensures the seamless delivery of radiology services. Diana’s career began at HonorHealth, where she coordinated hospitalist and palliative care programs, working closely with the Chief Medical Officer. She later served as Practice Administrator for a Hospitalist Medical Group in Phoenix, overseeing all aspects of practice operations, from staffing and budgeting to quality improvement initiatives. Diana is known for her strong leadership skills, effective communication, and commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery. She earned a Healthcare Services Management degree from Gateway Community College.

Courtney Purvis, R.T.

As Radiology Practice Coordinator, Courtney Purvis facilitates effective communication and coordination, improves workflow, and ensures the seamless delivery of radiology services. Known for her organizational skills, and ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures, Courtney is committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring the best clinical outcomes possible. She has a strong foundation in both academic and practical aspects of radiology. She has 15 years of experience as a radiology technician and holds a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University and an Associate of Science in Radiologic Science from Greenville Technical College.
